Payments, deposits & refunds
Fees, deposits, and payment terms for a sourcing engagement are set out in the quote, invoice, or written agreement for that specific engagement — not by this website. Refund eligibility, if any, is likewise determined case-by-case under the terms of that agreement. If you have a question about a specific invoice or engagement, contact us directly and we'll work it out with you.
